Cancellations/changes to the booking
Every booked room has to be guaranteed by credit card. Cancellation free of charge for every single booked room is till 03.09.2019 possible. After that, 90% cancellation fees of the first night are charged.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00. The guests can leave their luggage in the hotel before check in time. The reception is 24/7 open. Check-out is until 11:00.
