In case you need an invitation letter to participate to ICANN 2016 (for instance as a visa application support), please proceed as follows:
- complete your registration and pay the registration fee as specified on the registration page.
- contact the conference chair at the email address: a.pons@upc.edu, specifying that you need an invitation letter to participate to ICANN 2016 and quote your full name, affiliation, registration ID and submission ID.
The local organisation secretariat will forward you the invitation letter as soon as possible.
