Proposals Submission Deadline : To Be Announced.
Workshops and Special Sessions
The Special Sessions and Workshops are part of the official conference schedule, with the same rules as to paper submission and review, and the accepted papers are included in the ICANN proceedings. In both cases the organizers propose reviewers and participate in the final decision of the acceptance of papers.
The Special Sessions are organized within the official schedule. Each special sessions groups several contributions which deal with the same subject in one of the two parallel tracks (Brain Inspired or Machine Learning). Typically, they last between 1.5 to 2 hours with talks of up to 20 minutes per presentation.
The Workshops have a larger flexibility with timing of talks and normally occupy half a day (two sessions). Workshop’s websites are hosted by their organizers, and are linked from the ICANN homepage. The participants of the workshops are also delegates of the conference, but since the number of places is limited they have to register for Workshops during the registration for better allocation of rooms.
