• Early registration closes on the 29th of June 2026 AoE.
• Author registration closes on 31th of July 2026, 11:59 pm CEST.
• Payments shall be made in Euros (EUR) via credit card.
  Amounts in Euros. All the fees include VAT. A payment processing fee of  approximately 3.25%  is included in all registrations.
• Note that it may take a while until you receive a confirmation mail from the registration system. Please do not register repeatedly.
• For student registrations please additionally provide a proof of your student status (e.g. student id) to icann2026@e-nns.org including your full name and, if applicable, your paper id.
• Cancellations are accepted by E-mail only to the registration secretariat.
  • The registration fee will be refunded minus 30% for cancellations received no later than June 29th, 2026. Thereafter no refunds will be made.
  • All refunds will be processed within 21 days of written request if applicable. Please note that if you are the sole registered author for a paper and cancel your registration, your abstract/article will not be published.
