The ICANN Organizing Committee can <strong>only issue visa invitation letters<\/strong> to participants from countries where a <strong>Lithuanian Embassy or Consulate, or an official representative authority (via another country\u2019s consulate)<\/strong> is actively operating and accepting visa applications on behalf of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a participant&#8217;s country does not have an operational Lithuanian diplomatic mission, or if the designated representative consulate (e.g., through agreements with other countries) has <strong>temporarily suspended services<\/strong>, we regret to inform you that we will <strong>not be able to issue a visa invitation letter<\/strong> in such cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We strongly advise all prospective participants to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check the status<\/strong> of Lithuanian embassies, consulates, or representative consular services in their country or region before requesting a visa invitation letter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact the nearest operational consular office to confirm visa processing possibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For updated information on Lithuanian diplomatic missions and their operational status, please refer to the official website of the <strong>Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/keliauk.urm.lt\/en\/entry-to-lithuania\">https:\/\/keliauk.urm.lt\/en\/entry-to-lithuania<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If your visa appliction is denied<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Registration Requirement for Paper Inclusion in Proceedings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong><br>For a paper to be included in the official <strong>ICANN 2025 Conference Proceedings<\/strong>, <strong>at least one author must complete the registration process<\/strong> by the registration deadline, regardless of attendance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even if none of the authors are able to attend the conference in person, <strong>registration is mandatory<\/strong> for the paper to be published in the proceedings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papers without a corresponding registration will be <strong>excluded<\/strong> from the conference proceedings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>registration cancellation deadline<\/strong> is <strong>June 21, 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registrations canceled <strong>on or before June 21, 2025<\/strong>, will receive a <strong>full refund<\/strong>.<br>Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used during registration and may take up to <strong>10 business days<\/strong> to appear on your statement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After <strong>June 21, 2025<\/strong>, <strong>no cancellations or refunds<\/strong> will be possible under any circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructions for canceling your registration can be found on [this page] (insert link).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
