ICANN 2025 is intended to be a non-profit event. We hence strive to keep the conference fee as low as possible, for students in particular.
Please note that ICANN 2025 will be organized as an in-person event. We thank all presenters for traveling to Kaunas, Lithuania and joining the conference, in order to foster the professional exchange between the participants.

Note:
- Early registration closes on
1429th of June 2025 AoE. Late registration deadline will be announced. - For each paper, at least one author must be registered. Failure to register may cause the withdrawal of the paper.
- Any payment requesting a post-hoc handling after registration will be charged an administrative fee of 30 EUR.

Terms and Conditions
- By submitting a paper, the authors certify that their work is original and complies with the ethical guidelines for human and animal research, if any such research is involved.
- Valid author registration is complete only after both the registration form is submitted and the payment has been received.
- To be eligible for ENNS registration rates you must be a current member of the ENNS (membership paid for 2025). If you select the ENNS rates without being a member with a paid membership for 2025, your ICANN registration is not valid.
General terms
· Registration to the conference is only possible via online registration form on Fienta platform.
· Once a registration form is filled out and submitted, an automatic confirmation letter with tickets and proforma invoice (if requested) will be sent to the e-mail address participant has used while filling out the registration form. Kindly note, that this email with QR code is your official confirmation that you have registered to the conference successfully. Therefore, please check if you provided a correct e-mail address. Please also check your spam folder in your mailbox in case a confirmation letter was not received. If you did not receive any confirmation, please contact Conference Secretariat at conference@seventips.lt.
· Please bring the tickets with you to the conference and show them to the staff at registration desk.
· Final invoices will be sent to all registered participants after the conference in the end of September 2025.
· Payment of your registration is available only while filling out the registration form on Fienta. You will be offered to pay the fees either with credit card or bank transfer.
· Please be aware that, in accordance with Lithuanian Tax Law, Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable to registration fees and cannot be excluded. Registration fees provided in the table above are VAT inclusive.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted by E-mail only to the registration secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded minus 30% for cancellations received no later than June 15th, 2025. Thereafter no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed within 21 days of written request if applicable. Please note that if you are the sole registered author for a paper and cancel your registration, your abstract/article will not be published.
Paper withdrawal can be requested by E-mail. Corresponding are allowed to withdraw a paper. State your name and registration ID in the E-mail message. Withdrawal of an paper without cancelling registration does not entail refund of the registration fee. Deadline for withdrawal is June 15th.
Submitted papers are not published if the first author or the co-author with the registration cancelled his/her registration, or if the payment of the registration fee is not received by the deadline specified here.
Transfer of registration
If the registered person cannot participate to the conference due to objective reasons, the registration can be transferred to another author of the article, who is eligible for the same or lower registration fee (i.e., full to student registration but not vice versa). In this case, please, submit your request to ENNS and explain the reasons. Notice, that we will not be able to send another invitation letter to a substituted author unless he or she will register for the conference himself/herself (see the “Letter of Invitation” section above).
Letter of invitation
The ICANN organizers will issue letters of invitation upon request, to be used for visa applications, for participants from countries which have current diplomatic councils of Lithuania. After a confirmed registration (payment completed), please go to the site TBD and fill in your information. In particular, you will need your passport information and (if applicable) the ID of your accepted paper.
Please note that payment via bank transfer can take up to a week to be confirmed. Therefore, if you need an invitation letter soon, we recommend that you pay by credit card.
